Going small is still big. In fact, it’s huge! Though some may find tiny-home talk tiresome, searches for the diminutive domiciles are still going strong, according to Google Trends. And HGTV.

But the stock of tiny houses listed on the MLS is small. Out of the over 1.5 million single-family homes currently on the market, only a little over 3,000 could be considered legitimately tiny.

Out of the 3,000 available, we opened the door to tiny homes built within the past six years. The eight we’ve pinpointed range in price from $39,000 to $169,000. Some come with acreage, others are just a tiny home waiting for a final resting place on a slab of your choice. The one thing they have in common is their size—they’re all small.

Tiny tidbit: A tiny house with french doors opening onto a tiny deck? Oh yes! The house is small, but the outdoor options are huge with over an acre of land along the Coquille River.

123 N Avenue G, Bruni, TX

Price: $99,900
Listed size: 600 square feet
Tiny tidbit: OK, so we fudged this one a bit. It’s about 100 square feet over a truly tiny designation, but this two-level home is worth checking out. And you don’t need to climb a ladder to reach the second-floor sleeping loft—this place has real stairs!

1491 NE Collins Lake Dr, Tahuya, WA

Price: $169,900
Listed size: 200 square feet
Tiny tidbit: This house comes with its own dock. The interior space is inviting and warm thanks to the home’s wooded look.

8504 Bennett Rd, Nampa, ID

Price: $49,900
Listed size: 400 square feet
Tiny tidbit: You don’t have to stay in Idaho with this portable tiny home. It’s custom-built and can be moved wherever you’d like.
